Alvin H. Butz, Inc., the oldest and largest construction company of its kind in the Lehigh Valley, has operated continuously since its founding in 1920. The Butz family still owns and operates the company, with family in line to preserve the tradition and reputation of the organization.

Butz pioneered the Construction Management concept in the Lehigh Valley in 1973 and has been consistently ranked among the 100 largest construction managers in the country since 1981. The Butz staff includes engineers, architects, CPAs, and MBAs, as well as a highly-trained staff of project managers and field superintendents. The company employs a full-time safety director and highly-skilled carpenters and cement finishers.
